Bet Ace Terms & Conditions — Explained in Plain English

1General Terms & Acceptance

Bet Ace is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Bet Ace and its users.

To use the platform, you must:

• You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age under the laws of your country.
• Online gaming must be legal in the country or region from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must operate the account on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• Participation must be entirely voluntary and in a sound state of mind.

2Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted one active account on Bet Ace. Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Opening an account with false details is a serious violation. Bet Ace may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, which will require:

• A clear photo of your National ID or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• A selfie (with your ID document if required).

Without KYC verification, you can still make deposits and place smaller bets, but larger withdrawals may be put on hold. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

3Deposit Policy

Deposits at Bet Ace can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or card. Each method has its own processing time and limits.

If your balance doesn't reflect a deposit within 15 to 20 minutes, please wait a little longer. If it still hasn't appeared, contact Bet Ace live chat with your bKash or Nagad transaction ID. Deposits made from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

4Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Withdrawals to bKash/Nagad/Rocket are typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Withdrawals of large amounts (above ৳1 lakh) may require additional verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

When your balance contains both bonus funds and real money, real money is used first. A withdrawal request can be cancelled before it is fully processed — however, once processing has begun, it can no longer be cancelled.

5Betting Rules & Regulations

Please read the rules for each market before placing a bet on Bet Ace. The generally applicable rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed (except where the cash out feature applies).
• Odds can change at any moment during in-play betting — your bet will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of submission.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system or technical error, Bet Ace reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• After a match result is confirmed, bet settlement may take up to 72 hours.
• In an accumulator bet, if any single selection is incorrect, the entire bet is counted as a loss.

If a match is abandoned or cannot be completed for any reason, how the bet result is determined is explained in the section below (Rule 5.1).

5.1 Bet Settlement for Cancelled or Incomplete Matches

If a cricket, football, or any other match is abandoned midway for any reason, Bet Ace will settle bets in accordance with international sports betting standards:

• If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In cricket, if a result is determined using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, it will be considered a valid result.
• If a football match is abandoned before the scheduled time, bets are generally voided — though different rules may apply to specific markets.
• In in-play betting, if a significant match event (such as a goal or wicket) had already occurred at the time a bet was placed but had not yet updated on screen, Bet Ace reserves the right to void that bet.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bet Ace offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and free bets. Separate terms apply to each bonus. The general rules are:

• To claim a bonus, you must meet the specific conditions of the offer (e.g. minimum deposit, applicable time window).
• Withdrawals from bonus balance are not permitted until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering contributions generally count for bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7 to 30 days. Once expired, any unused bonus is automatically forfeited.
• If a user employs fraudulent tactics to claim bonus benefits, all bonuses will be forfeited.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet Ace platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of fraud.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Using another user's account credentials.

Bet Ace reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and report it to the relevant authorities if necessary.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Bet Ace may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• For breach of terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When the user themselves requests account closure.
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request.

Any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) remaining at the time of account closure will be returned, provided there are no grounds for forfeiture due to a rule violation.

9Limitation of Liability

Bet Ace is not liable for any financial losses a user incurs through betting. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.

Bet Ace accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of bets due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Loss resulting from a user's account credentials being accessed by an unauthorized party.
• Service suspension due to government or regulatory decisions.

10Responsible Gaming Policy

Bet Ace believes betting should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. That's why we provide every user with the following tools and benefits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum stake limit for any given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit on how long you spend on the platform per session.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclude for anywhere from 24 hours to permanently.

11Terms Update Policy

Bet Ace reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms take effect will be taken as your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
